Chartier & Sons Plumbing & Heating has been working out of the same Midland Road shop in Bay City since 1974. Jim Chartier holds a Master Plumber license and a Master Boiler Technician license, and he is the one who answers the phone and shows up at your door.
We are a family shop, not a call center. When you call us you get a person who knows the trade, and when we say we will be there, we are there. That is the standard Jim set 50 years ago and the standard his sons carry on today.
